When the barrel ageing period is finished, our wines are bottled and stored in conditioned rooms during some more months until they get rounder. We use first quality corks and we do regular controls and samplings to make sure that the wines are evolving satisfactorily.

The bottle labelling process is supervised by the Ribera del Guadiana D.O. technical staff, who provides us with the back labels which guarantee the quality of the product and the whole wine-making process.
