Ou family's wine-growing tradition started in 1930, when Manuel
Blanco started his activity as wine-maker and founded his first
winery.
Some
years later, his son Miguel Blanco continued the family business
and promoted the sales of wine in bulk during the 1960s and 1970s.
Subsequently his wife, Mrs. Dolores Morenas, took the reins of
the business and started aging, bottling and labelling wines with
her own brands.
By the middle of the 1990s, her sons came on board and they started
exporting the wines to other countries and making efforts to improve
the quality year after year.
Today Mrs. Morenas still supervises personally all the works
undertaken at the vineyards, as well as the wine-making process
from the beginning to the end
